Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our video analytics solution. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs, help them to onboard onto our platform, provide ongoing support, and drive adoption of our solution. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our customers, and act as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes with our solution.
  • Assist customers with onboarding onto our platform, including configuration, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, and work to resolve any issues or challenges they may be experiencing.
  • Drive adoption of our solution among our customers, and identify opportunities to expand our relationship with them.
  • Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage with customers to ensure they are getting the most value from our solution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for customer success and driving customer satisfaction.
